Our wonderful treasurer, Peggy Sacher, is looking to step down from this role after many years of service. The role has the following responsibilities:
Be custodian of all dues and funds belonging to the Association.
Disburse funds only when bills and vouchers are presented and approved by the Board of Directors.
Keep an accurate record and account of all receipts and payments, including dues from members.
Present a statement of funds at each Board of Directors meeting.
Maintain an account in the name of the Fairfield Civic Association, Inc. in a bank approved by the Board of Directors.

Area 6 & 10 Representatives - As an area rep, you will hand out the quarterly newsletter to residents in your area and attend quarterly FCA meetings. If you are interested, please contact fairfieldcivicassociation@gmail.com. See the area map for boundaries.
Entrance Island - We are always looking for help with the upkeep of the entrance island. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Entrance Island Chair Caroline Bruce at carolinebbruce@gmail.com.
Event Chairs - We need your support to keep the FCA going. Plan a fun event to bring the neighborhood together. Email fairfieldcivicassociation@gmail.com if you're interested.
If you own a business and would like to advertise to our neighbors, you can now submit your business card for inclusion in this newsletter. This is offered as a free perk to FCA members.
Here are the submission requirements and rules:
You must live in Fairfield.
You must be a member of the Fairfield Civic Association in good standing.
The Newsletter Editor, along with the President, can refuse any card.
The Newsletter Editor will determine the placement of the business card in the newsletter.
Each submitted business card will be included in the newsletter for one year (four newsletters).
All submitted cards must be 3 inches long by 2 inches tall.
Keep in mind that any color images will be converted to greyscale for printing. Ensure your card will be readable.
